- Van departure (Cusco-Ollantaytambo): 03:00, 04:00 and 06:30 / Duration: 1h45 / train conection
- Train departure (Ollantaytambo-Aguas Calientes): 05:05, 06:10, 06:40, 08:53, etc (other timetables subject to availability) / Duration: 2 hrs
- Trains: PeruRail (Vistadome/Expedition/Hiram Binham) or IncaRail (Voyager/the 360/Premium)
Option B: Already in Ollantaytambo (Start later)
• Train Ollantaytambo-Aguas Calientes: 05:05, 06:10, 06:40, 08:53, 16:37 and other timetables subject to availability / Duration: 2 hrs
